We loved the location, super convenient for exploring Osaka! The Namba area had great food and shops, and the hotel was a quick walk to both Dotonbori and Ajax Aquarium, a truly amazing experience for our family of six with four teens.

My kids wished for more activities in-house for families.

The staff was friendly and eager to help. The room design was modern, with a comfortable layout for my family. The amenities provided were well thought out, making our stay enjoyable. Family with children will love it

The hotel was spacious, had a large couch&everything well organized for our family. The kids really enjoyed the separate bath area, it kept things less chaotic while we got ready for the day.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but worth what we paid.
